MECA Event Policies  

Attendee Cancellations & Refunds
 
Refunds for any event are granted up to 5 business days in advance less the associated cc processing fees AND a $10 MECA Administrative processing fee. Transfer of registration to another person is allowed at no additional fee. No refunds will be given for cancellation notice less than 5 business days prior to the event. 

Vendor/Sponsor Agreement 
 
Payment is due at the time of registration. Cancellations prior to 5 days before the event will be charged 50% of fee; less than 5 days will be charged 75% of fee. Exhibitor must adhere to the rules and regulations set forth by MECA and the venue. Show management reserves the right to accept or reject any request for exhibit space; to assign or re-assign exhibit space as deemed appropriate and to govern the construction, arrangement and appearance of exhibitor displays. Exhibitor assumes responsibility and agrees to indemnify, defend and hold harmless MECA and the venue and their respective employees and agents against any claims or expenses arising out of the use of the exhibition premises. Exhibitor also agrees to provide general liability insurance coverage.
